Service Description

When I experience a client for the first time, right from the moment i hear them, walking or talking, I imagine three things: 1/3 Pathophysiological - the disordered physiological processes associated with disease or injury. How do they present with this in a physical sense. In this instance I like to keep my diagnosis simple, where is the pain, what muscles local/above/below are weak/tight/dysfunctional. From that point I use a multitude of therapeutic modalities to treat the diagnosed issue. In most cases pain subsides and normal life is resumed after a few or even just one session. Great huh? Unfortunately life is not that simple and I would be naive to believe that I have completed and done my job to the best of my ability and that’s where I come back to thirds. 2/3 Nutrition - the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth. How does the client present? Excess weight, skin condition, energy and mood. Why is this important you may be asking yourself? Many of us adhere to the conventional wisdom of what the NHS/ health practitioners or not even that and just eat what our environment (adverts, shop windows ) show us. Basically this theory is backwards!!! Eating carbohydrates in excess of 50/60 grams per day every day causes inflammation in the body, stops cells going into autophagy (healing themselves) and many other disastrous strains on the body. We are told we need to eat between 250/350 grams of carbs per day! This is just one area of
