Moor Fitness — Community Movement for All Ages
A gentle, playful and uplifting way to start your weekend.
Moor Fitness is a monthly movement session open to adults, elders, children and teens— a space where the whole community can come together to move, laugh, breathe and reconnect with their bodies.
Expect a relaxed blend of games, strengthening, mobility, balance and breathwork, woven together in a way that feels natural and enjoyable rather than pressured or competitive. Some moments will be energising, some calming, and some simply fun.
The intention is simple: movement as connection, confidence and wellbeing — for every stage of life. All levels of fitness and experience and welcome.
Especially suited for:
• People returning to exercise
• Adults wanting to stay strong and mobile
• Families wanting to move together
• Anyone who doesn’t enjoy traditional gyms
Sessions are always adapted so everyone can join in at their own pace. Children and teens must be accompanied by a participating adult.
